Construction ongoing at Smiths Lane Estate, Clyde North

As one of our very first projects at Echelon Planning, it is great to see all the construction activity happening at Mirvac’s Smith Lane project in Cardinia Creek South PSP.

Our planning team has been working closely with Mirvac and the consultant team over a number of years to put in place a planning approvals strategy to allow for the staged delivery of the masterplan to deliver housing, local parks, town centre, active recreation and community facilities.

Working collaboratively with Casey Council the project team has been able to resolve matters relating to site access, ecology corridors, transmission easements and of course all the usual greenfield issues. Looking forward to seeing it all take shape!
