Masterplan

Echelon Planning has assisted the Barro Group to prepare a masterplan for a 180 hectare employment precinct in Wyndham Vale. The site has frontage and access to the Princes Highway, and it adjoins both the Geelong-Melbourne railway line and the proposed Outer Metropolitan Ring transport corridor.

The land was brought into the urban growth boundary in 2012, and Echelon is working with a team of specialist engineering and environmental consultants to prepare a masterplan for the future development of the site as an industrial and employment precinct.  Echelon is assisting the landowners to address issues such as drainage and flooding, quarry/landfill buffers and upgrading access to the highway, so that the development potential of the site can be unlocked.
