Residential subdivision application

Echelon is working with LLT developments on their 190 hectare property in the West Growth Corridor within the City of Wyndham. Echelon has been engaged to provide strategic planning advice and undertake planning applications for the subsequent residential subdivision of Verdant Hill.

 

Echelon has been working with the consultant team since 2014 who have successfully gained planning approval for the first Neighbourhood that will contain 226 residential lots. This includes a range of Small Lot Housing Code product and conventional density residential lots. Neighbourhood 1 has been designed to interact positively with the existing environmental features of the site with generous passive open spaces and conservation reserves.
