Echelon recently obtained a planning permit for a mixed use development on Lightwood Road, Springvale. The site, which abuts the Springvale Activity Centre and is opposite to Springvale train station, sits within a commercial and residential precinct.


The proposal provides for shops and food premises on the ground floor that will activate Lightwood Road frontage with an attractive mid-block pedestrian courtyard access, and 9 apartments distributed over 2 storeys. Particular attention has been given to the design and built form to improve Lightwood Road streetscape as well as provide the apartments with excellent internal amenity.
