Planning advice and development application

Echelon Planning obtained a planning permit for 14 townhouses on a large consolidated site (approximately 2,600m2) in Heidelberg. The proposal provides for significant landscaping and retention of large trees, whilst providing for housing density within a General Residential Zone.

 

Echelon worked closely with Council to address matters early in the planning process and put forward a scheme which provides excellent internal amenity by way of access to sunlight, passive open space and dwelling typology and which limits off site amenity impacts.

A permit was obtained quickly and with full support of Council.
