Due diligence

Echelon has undertaken due diligence on a large 12 hectare site in Maidstone which has been identified to transition from industrial land use to mixed use/residential.  The due diligence covered aspects ranging from open space provision and dwelling diversity to access, servicing and community infrastructure. Echelon also provided advice in relation to the timing and steps required for a planning scheme amendment as well as the likely planning control framework to facilitate the land to transition to residential and mixed use.
