Development Approval

Echelon was engaged to prepare a planning permit application for the development of an 11 storey mixed use commercial building on Nepean Highway within the Frankston Central Activities District. The proposal includes significant commercial space as well as retail, coffee shops and residential apartments to activate the street and maximise use and enjoyment of the Kananook Creek environs.

The proposal has been prepared in the context of its prime location in the CAD, its interface with the Nepean Highway and the Kananook Creek and the changing context of the activity centre. The proposal has received a notice of decision to allow the development of an important site within the CAD.
