Hayden is in his final year of a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) at RMIT University, with a strong passion for sustainable transport and fostering liveable communities. Since joining Echelon Planning in mid-2024, he has developed expertise in strategic and statutory planning by preparing permit applications, creating high-quality spatial data, designing planning documentation, and producing reports. Hayden is committed to applying his technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement skills, and collaborative approach to deliver equitable and sustainable planning solutions.
