Development Approval

Echelon Planning assisted Stockland to obtain a permit for a medium density residential development on a former school site in Ivanhoe. The site is located with access to local retail and services, open space, and employment precincts.

The proposal provides for the integrated  development of the site for 81 dwellings in line with the role of the site to deliver residential growth. Echelon is working with Stockland, and the consultant team to prepare the planning permit application, which will deliver a range of dwelling types including 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses, as well as a pocket park, landscaping and street tree planting.
